  1. Steam moisture is the biggest reason fro mold growth. It is important to run your exhaust fan while you shower or bathe. Let it continue to fan out the moisture for twenty minutes after you bathe as well.
  2. Squeegee the tile and your bathroom wall to rid it of excessive moisture as well. Also, make sure the tile is waterproofed with a standard grout sealer.
